This practice offers a competitive compensation package, and patient care is the number one objective. The practice has been in business for decades and has all the bells and whistles. Beautiful surroundings including trail systems, microbreweries, and a wonderful climate are just a few of the many attributes Chattanooga has to offer.
Key Details:
4 day work schedule!
Immediate start date available!
State of the art equipment with fully trained staff, including Techs/scribes as needed.
Medical skills important: disease management, red eye, post-op, and primary care.
Benefits include: PTO, 1 week CE, Health, 401K (with match).
Bonus structure includes productivity & optical - large amounts from the exam side.
Patient volume is important - 1 Tech to start with plans to add a 2nd later, and will also have 2-3 exam lanes.
Requirements:
O.D. licensed to practice in TN required (Residency or experience preferred).
Excellent clinical and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
