The ideal candidate will put themselves in the patient's shoes and partner with this passionate team to provide excellent care to our local population.The Physical Therapist (inpatient) at Mercy provides Physical Therapy evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment, and education as prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Title 16 requirements.Qualifications

Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.Demonstrated ability to accurately evaluate, assess, and treat physical therapy patients.Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT in the State of California.Current BLS Certificate from the American Heart Association.Preferred Experience:Fast-paced experience working in an acute care setting.Skills working in a level 1 Trauma Center.
