(Ask your recruiter for more details!)What you will be doing:Develop an understanding of the client processes and procedures and be able to lead the decision-making related improvements relative to technologyWork with a team of junior and senior technologists to deliver solutions for clientsTrack scope and changes throughout implementation, keeping stakeholders notified of anticipated completion datesMaintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reportsCoordinate project team members and develop schedules and individual responsibilitiesImplement IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budgetUse project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherenceProvide hands-on support to implement project changes, updates, analysis, and IT deliveryWhat we need you to have (minimum qualifications):Bachelor's degree (Candidates can substitute one year of experience for one year of a degree)5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage schedule, project risks, and budget5+ years in business analytics1+ year of experience in the development of standard system documentation, testing software, tracking issues, and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being metWhat we would like you to have:Experience/Exposure in the utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors is a plusComprehensive knowledge and experience in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPointExperience in the development of standard documentation – requirements specifications, use cases, design specifications, test plans, and test scriptsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service focus, project planning, and organizational skillsAbility to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environmentExperience with testing software, tracking issues, and working with developers to ensure that requirements are being metAbility to work with and lead blended teams of ICF and client staffExperience working with and/or managing sub-contractors or vendorsAbility to provide strong direction of project teams to successfully execute project tasks, controlling scope, budget, and scheduleWorking at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
