The DarkStar Group is seeking a Software Engineer with a TS/SCI clearance to join one of our top projects in Mount Weather, VA. Below is an overview of the project, as well as information on our company and our benefits.
Required Skills
Design, develop, and implement software and database in an IIS/C#/Angular2 application with limited oversight.
Lead proactive efforts to identify potential underlying issues impacting system function and performance.
Lead root-cause analysis for all major system issues; lead team in developing solutions.
Guide and direct technical team members across the software development life cycle as well as the Operations and Maintenance of the system.
Lead the analysis, validation, refinement, and documentation of business requirements as stated in user stories.
Lead the planning and execution sprints for delivering incremental functionality and corrective fixes to the system.
Oversee the efforts of other members of the team creating, documenting, and validating test cases.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) by assessing business process and system inefficiencies.
Perform expert level troubleshooting and resolution of user reported system issues.
Desired Skills (Optional)
Experience with FOIA case management system development.
Experience with Jira Project Management tools.
