Software Avionics Engineer

Seasoned Mid-Level Engineer for hardware and software support to include acquisition support, Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR), analysis & troubleshooting of PTRs on test bench residing in CSIL, support test planning, procedures and reports.Essential Job Functions:Determine and analyze systems, requirements, and functional allocations.Ensure current and accurate documentation for engineering baselines including requirements traceability/allocation.Ability to coordinate with platform engineers to integrate Products into platforms.Maintain a 'total system' perspective with reference to the development and integration of products.Required Skills:Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.A BS degree in an Engineering plus a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related Engineering/Science Field is required.Active Secret Security Clearance.Desired Skills:BS degree in Electrical Engineering.3 years working with NAVAIR avionics systems.
