The role Senior Application Developer (Oracle) is responsible for all technical aspects of maintaining and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Financial applications – Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Projects, Order Management, and Inventory. This includes, but is not limited to analyze, design, development, test, and maintain EBS applications, modules, and interfaces. This role reports to the Business Systems Manager.Responsibilities/Essential Functions:Support system design, develop, maintain, and modify components of Procurement (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Projects (PA), Order Management (OM), and Inventory of the E-Business Suite (EBS)Develop and implement Oracle EBS R12 interfaces, extensions, modifications, using PL/SQL, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and the overall Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of EBS projectsDevelop code per the system design and coding standards under minimal supervision and perform unit testingDebug, test, and maintain EBS solutions to ensure their optimal performance, reliability, and scalabilitySupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance testing of the Oracle Financial ApplicationsCreate and maintain artifacts as needed by the projectUpdate and communicate with Lead/Manager of all related activities, issues, and risksSeeking out and implementing continuous process improvement opportunitiesBuild and sustain working relationships with all AUS functional areasEnsure accurate and efficient governance policy development and adherenceReport on statuses when requestedMaintain good standing and completion on all compliance related matters (i.e., assigned mandatory trainings, actions required from audits, corporate policies, etc.)Perform all additional duties and responsibilities based on the direction and guidance of supervisorKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Experience in developing Interfaces, Customizations, Conversions, Extensions, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, Oracle Workflow, BI PublisherExperience in setting up Alerts, performing Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) & Oracle Forms personalizationKnowledge of troubleshooting technical issues with standard or custom programsOracle R12 technical architecture and Financials modules experience preferredAbility to operate with a customer-centric service approachAbility to manage and work on multiple concurrent deliverables at various stages of development and completionStrong collaboration and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus around decisions and mitigate conflicts among teamsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsProfessional level verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate attention to detail and quality of work products and communicationsWillingness to seek out and implement coaching, suggestions, and guidance from othersWorking Environment/Safety Requirements:Ensure necessary working environment and capabilities to effectively carry out responsibilities if working from a non-AUS location (remote work)Ability and willingness to handle work related issues during all hours of the day, every day of the week, understanding the responsibility of our organization’s requirement for 24/7 production supportAbility, willingness, and flexibility to travel as needed for approved work purposes in accordance with project and management schedulesExperience/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree preferred but not required6 + years Oracle E-Business Suite Financial applications development6 + years’ experience working with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and standard Application Programming Interfaces (API)Be legally able to work in the United States: U.S. Citizen or Legal ResidentLicense Requirements/Certifications:Valid U.S. drivers license (for rental cars when applicable)Benefits:
