PROJECT MANAGER FOR THE FIT-OUT DEPARTMENT
The project manager is responsible for the complete independent implementation of orders from handover to handover (GD-general contractor) - monitoring the project's costs (reporting), controlling compliance with OSH, creating and controlling HMG's compliance, managing KD (inspection days), quality control of the work performed, and coordinating the work of our contractors.Assembling and leading the project team.Determining the time and financial plan for project implementation.Coordinating activities of subcontractors.Coordinating the subcontractors controlling the costs/benefits of the projects entrusted to us.Responsibility for construction management and completion on time.Analyzing and managing risks and opportunities in the project.Managing and controlling complete project documentation.Maintaining required quality and work safety.Which person are we looking for?
High school/university degree in the field of civil engineering.Experience of at least 3 years in the field (ideally, experience with the construction of Fit-out, may also include experience with the construction of family houses, etc.).Interest in the construction field.Basic PC knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word); AUTOCAD is an advantage.Driving license of B category.Benefits
