At least ten years of experience performing work that is similar in scope to the work described below:Constructability Reviews:

Independent and structured reviews of bid documents to ensure that the work requirements are clear, the documents are coordinated, and assist the Contractor in bidding, construction, and project administration to avoid impacts to the project.Assist the Federal Team:

Verify that the M&O and its fabricator of the glove box enclosures have a specific NQA-1 Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) plan and inspection oversight program for the procurement, fabrication, and installation of the glove box enclosures.Acquisition Oversight:

Assist the Federal Team in overseeing the acquisition of glove box enclosures, including reviewing the M&O’s requirements checklist, division of responsibilities between the M&O’s QA and QC, and the M&O’s welding requirements. Monitor materials and systems acquired under requirements for ASME NQA-1 nuclear quality and/or Commercial Grade Dedication (NQA-1 equivalent).Review of Drawings and Specifications:

Review drawings, specifications, and design documents, with experience related to NCRs, FCRs, CARs, and RFI processes.Review of Qualification Records:

Review the development of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and Welder Qualification Test Records (WQTR).Field Oversight:

Conduct field oversight during installation and testing of glove box components and equipment. Verify successful completion of helium leak testing of various glove boxes and enclosures and verify completeness and quality of glove box coatings.Requirements

Experience at a NNSA or DOE nuclear site preferred.Current DOE Q Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain a Q Clearance.
