Child Care Director

Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our childcare team and ensure the highest quality of care for our young students. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with students, a strong educational background, and a proven track record in education administration. As the Child Care Director, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, learning, and social development.Duties:Oversee the daily operations of the childcare facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the facility's mission and values.Hire, train, and manage a team of childcare professionals, including teachers, assistants, and support staff.Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities.Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, equity, and social justice.Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their children's progress.Collaborate with the education department to ensure alignment with curriculum goals and standards.Manage the facility's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and partners to enhance the childcare experience.Skills:Proven experience working with students in a childcare or educational setting.Strong educational background, preferably with a degree from a university or higher education institution.Experience in education administration, with a focus on childcare or early childhood education.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with parents and guardians.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.Familiarity with childcare regulations and standards, with a commitment to compliance and best practices.Job Types:
