Full Stack Software Engineer (Annapolis Junction, MD)

This is a small team, so you will see products through their full lifecycle and take full ownership of their success.
Responsibilities:
Work with a multi-disciplinary team to gather, document, and implement customer requirements.Perform full stack development of system features based on customer requirements.Assist with automation of development tasks and implementation and maintenance of CI/CD workflows and development best practices such as testing.Continually incorporate feedback from system owners and end users.
Required Skills:
Successful applicants must be self-starters, capable of scoping and tracking work through completion, working closely with a team and stakeholders, reaching out to users to iterate on new capabilities, and testing and deploying their software.Experience developing web applications, with AT LEAST one of the following:
Java and Spring BootJavaScript and ReactJS
Ability to manage production applications through Docker and the Linux command line.Understanding of source code management including Git, CI/CD.
Desired Skills:
Machine learning experience, or experience working with data scientists and deploying ML models.Experience with User Experience Design.Experience with AWS services like EC2, VPC, Fargate.Python/Flask development experience.
Education/Experience:3 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S. (Degree must be in Computer Science or equivalent field.)
