Job Description

The Business Management Analyst must develop an understanding of the underlying business processes they support and demonstrate a proven ability to work independently and apply this knowledge in support of Treasury’s Program Management Office team. Focusing on process improvement, policy compliance, and project management, this position will need to excel at problem solving and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to improve business outcomes.

Essential Functions

Assist with oversight and ongoing management of Treasury’s access management programAssist with monitoring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirementsProblem solve issues that arise in the normal course of businessHelp continually improve operational efficiency across Treasury organizationServe as point of contact with internal groups as well as external counterparties and vendors (e.g. risk management, corporate finance, procurement, technology)Manage vendor risk processPrepare project/program status reports; make alterations in project plans as needed.Assist with or prepare project implementation steps and documentation as appropriate; ensure a smooth implementation of project; resolve problems.

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceFive to eight years of experience in project management activities

Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional areaDemonstrated management and leadership skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAdvanced knowledge of project managementAbility to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze dataExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMaster's degree preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $90,100.00 - $106,000.00 - $116,600.00
