Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced

Senior Financial Analyst (Accounting) . This individual will be serving as a Senior Accountant within our Accounting team.Role Overview:The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in the preparation of corporate accruals, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and analysis. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, with both accounting and non-accounting personnel, to gather the data necessary to facilitate month end close.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in accounting.Must have a B.S. or B.A. in Accounting to be considered.Preferred Qualifications:CPA is a plus [Big 4 accounting experience preferred]5+ years general ledger experience (Telecom Preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills (ability to do data mining a plus).Experience with month end Financial Reporting and variance analysis.Strong business acumen and the ability to work with cross functional groups.Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.About Segra:Segra is one of the largest independent fiber network companies in the Eastern United States.
