Job Description:The
Renewals Specialist (CISCO)
for our
CCA
(Caribbean Central America) Organization achieves individual and team profit targets whilst providing an outstanding service to TD SYNNEX's customers while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service to all customers & vendors.What You'll Do:Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsProvide accurate and timely quotations to customersObtain and maintain accreditations in Vendor programsGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updatedProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsProvide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customersSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value propositionDevelop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, this may be in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.Perform other additional duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:Associate's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.1+ Years of relevant work experience.Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) desired.Effective communication skills with the ability to deliver at all levels.Must be proactive and self-motivated.Analytical & numerate with excellent attention to detail.Problem-solving & negotiation skills.Effective time management and prioritizing.Must have strong organization skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain focus.An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.Able to work and achieve deadlines under pressure in a fast-changing environment.Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.IT Channel Sales and/or Purchasing Experience.Basic understanding of computer hardware & software.Experience of SAP R3 / BW would be advantageous.Other Education/Certifications:3+ years' experience in Sales.Bachelor's degree in BA & Marketing.Working Conditions:Professional environment (Remote).Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.What's in it for You?Elective Benefits:
