FP&A Manager
to join their dynamic Finance team. This role requires 2 days in the office.What's So Interesting About This Role?As an FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next chapter of growth.Collaborate with finance leaders to provide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights.Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.Manage day-to-day budgets across departments.Leverage business knowledge to provide data-driven analyses.Support investment decisions and assess new opportunities.Track headcount budgets and labor spend.Develop financial models and reports.Monitor key performance indicators.Automate processes and enhance internal systems.What We'll Love About You:Bachelor's Degree
in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.5+ years
of FP&A experience (preferably in tech).Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides .Strong communication skills for presenting insights.Effective stakeholder management.Working knowledge of
GAAP principles .We'll Really Swoon If You Have:MBA .Experience in
investment banking .Familiarity with
Oracle
and
SQL .Compensation:Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
