Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager and Project Manager with a strong background in NetSuite ERP implementation and administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and optimizing ERP systems, driving system efficiency, and leading cross-functional projects.This role requires hands-on system administration skills and the ability to improve business processes through technology solutions.This position requires in-person full-time presence in Riverside, CA, and the ability to travel to other locations/offices.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite ERP Administration and Implementation:– Lead the implementation, migration and administration of NetSuite ERP systems across the organization.– Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related matters, including system configuration, customization, and maintenance.– Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite to ensure data security and integrity.– Establish data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality.
Business Systems Management:– Manage integration flows between NetSuite and other business systems to enable seamless data exchange.– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) to understand business needs and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
Project Management and Leadership:– Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, establish priorities, and develop project plans.– Conduct system enhancement projects, including planning, testing, implementation, and documentation, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.– Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
Reporting and Analytics:– Work closely with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements.– Develop and generate customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs using NetSuite and other reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making processes.
User Training and Support:– Provide user support and training on NetSuite ERP and related systems to ensure high user adoption and satisfaction.– Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner, improving user experience and operational efficiency.
QualificationsQualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.– Certification in Project Management and Computer Networking is preferred.– 5+ years of experience in business systems management, IT project management, and NetSuite ERP administration.– Proven expertise in managing, configuring, and customizing NetSuite ERP and other integrated systems (e.g., Celigo).– Strong understanding of project management methodologies.– Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Skills:– Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
