Key Responsibilities:

Manages, monitors and supports the day-to-day Test data provisioning requirements in support of Integrated and Independent release testing.Responsible for meeting with project teams, understanding the test data needs and enabling them with the knowledge to find test data.This position works closely with internal data teams and external teams like Release management and Batch execution teams to perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies between the systems.Identify the test data needs of projects participating through Integrated/Monthly releases by attending the project meetings.Provide test data as per the requirements of the project.Understand and document the core services being introduced or modified through the major projects. Provide KT sessions on in-house Data Mining and Data Conditioning tools to the testing community.Partner with release management, Batch execution and Application teams to perform root cause analysis.Work with in-house development team to enhance the data mining and conditioning application to serve the needs of the testing community.Work with internal data teams to improve the data quality in the platforms.

Work locations are Plano, TX or Richmond, VA (not Arlington).

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of work experience with applications such as BOSS, IMPACS, FAST, INTERACT, Online Banking, TSY consumer card small business cards.Minimum 2 years of application testing, data conditioning experience, and 2 years of experience in writing SQL queries.Associate's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Work with the stakeholders to understand the requirements and communicate the requirements effectively to the product team.Research solutions to increase work efficiency.Acting as a liaison between the business and its information (IT) department. Enthusiasm to learn new topics.Desired Skillset: Experience with API testing.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
