We are seeking a Ultra Sound Technician for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We want you to apply!
Job Summary and QualificationsThe Advanced Ultrasound Technologist may be required to perform invasive and non-invasive procedures on a variety of patients, utilize sterile techniques, and assist physicians as necessary throughout the Mission Health System. This position will function without constant supervision to produce superior quality imaging studies. The Advanced Ultrasound Technologist must routinely work within a minimum of 3 qualifying ARDMS specialty certifications in addition to ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI Vascular certification as directed by department managers/supervisors.
What qualifications you will need:
Required Education: Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related profession.
Required License: ARDMS or ARRT Registry in Ultrasound at time of hire. Vascular Ultrasound Registry from either ARDMS, ARRT or CCI required upon hire. High Risk OB technologist must be registered in OB/GYN.
Preferred License: ARDMS in multiple specialties.
Preferred Experience: 12 months previous experience in ultrasound.
