clinic. As a clinic director you will play a crucial role in providing patient care, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence, and leading our team to deliver exceptional care. We're seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to creating a supportive and empowering work environment.Position Summary:Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staffFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns or issues.Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an outpatient settingCreate individualized care plans for each treatmentCollaborate with colleagues to optimize careGrow relationships with your staff and the community you supportComply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulationsQualifications:1-2 years of leadership or management experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapistExperience in an outpatient physical therapy setting and experience in management or leading a team is highly preferredGraduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
