Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!Soleo Health Perks:Competitive WagesFlexible schedulesGreat company culture401(k) with a matchReferral BonusPaid Time OffThe Position:The Ambulatory Infusion Center (AIC) Nurse will provide primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
Primarily IVIG administration in a provider office. Responsibilities Include:Providing direct patient care administering IVIGAppropriate patient educationCompleting comprehensive nursing assessmentsEstablishing peripheral intravenous lines as well as accessing/maintaining central venous lines (PICC lines, Implanted port, Midlines)Efficient and timely submission of clinical recordsMedication preparation and administrationTriage infusion patient inquiriesExcellent patient assessment and interpersonal skillsClear communication and collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operationsParticipating in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care deliveryAdhering to standards of safety and infection control in the delivery of patient careManagement of AIC required documentationCleaning and disinfecting of all patient care areas in AICManagement of AIC suppliesDemonstrating a thorough knowledge of and complying with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job dutiesSchedule:Per-Diem,
around 5 hours a month.
