We're inviting individuals with 1-3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience to join us as Leasing Consultants. This role is more than leasing; it's about becoming a key part of our community, ensuring our residents have a place they're proud to call home.Your New Role:Full Training Provided : Receive comprehensive training on our platforms, plus all necessary laws and regulations to ensure you’re set up for success.Leasing Excellence : Lease apartments in accordance with our high standards and all applicable laws.Engagement Expert : Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, managing communications efficiently to offer the best customer experience.Market Savvy : Stay informed on market trends, contribute to marketing strategies, and enhance resident satisfaction with innovative ideas.Community Builder : Help organize and participate in events that strengthen our community bonds.Who We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, leasing, sales, or customer-centric roles.Strong communicator with a knack for sales, aiming to meet or exceed targets.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.A team player who takes pride in their work but can also operate independently.Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management systems like Yardi.Work Schedule and Location:Onsite Position : This role requires your presence on-site, offering a consistent schedule with two consecutive days off for a healthy work-life balance.Weekend Availability : Candidates must be open to working weekends, essential for meeting our community's needs.
