GxP Systems AnalystNorth Chicago, Illinois (on site)6+ Months contract (with possible extension)
Job Responsibilities:
Must have a background in Desktop / Helpdesk / Tech Support.Must have 4+ years of experience.Experience working in a GxP environment or GxP systems.Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.Assists with business case and elicits, analyzes, arranges, translates, simplifies business requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.Good understanding of systems and engineering concepts, strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.Performs routine troubleshooting for instrument connected PCs, maintains user account security, assists with instrument qualification activities, performs audit trail reviews, and data integrity risk assessments.Responsible for annual account recertification activities and coordinating audit responses.Responsible for the entire lifecycle of instrument PC maintenance activities.Preferred Qualifications:
Lab experience is a huge bonus, not required.GXP experience/knowledge is a bonus, not required (this can be taught).Bachelor's degree is nice to have, not required.This resource will be troubleshooting lab instruments and their software along with the instruments' corresponding PCs they're hooked up to. There will be a large amount of imaging machines before they're put back into production.Some work will involve coordinating with the vendors of the instruments to troubleshoot equipment and order new parts to replace defective ones.Note:
