This role will be responsible for supervising a large staff as it relates to single-family property preservation and inspections, real estate owned marketing and disposition, defaulted loans, custodial properties, foreclosure legal services, and appraisals.Senior Management should also have experience with Federal Government real estate owned and contracting. Oversee departments processing task orders for multiple service lines, quality control measures, and compliance with Federal Government Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency mandated handbooks and manuals. Knowledge and experience of preserving real property assets, developing, marketing, and disposing of non-performing loan pool sales, foreclosure process and associated legal services, lowering operational costs, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the quality of property-related services and cross-trained personnel is required. Experience with resolving Federal Government Congressional inquiries is a plus but not required. Extensive experience managing the foreclosure process and associated legal services is preferred.Strong communication with Federal Government personnel and ISN Corporation is essential.
