As a team member within one of the S4 deployment projects, you are responsible to coordinate all FI, CO, SD - S/4HANA implementation activities.You are ensuring that S4 FI CO projects and process standards are considered and ensured within the S4 implementation depending on the scope of the implemented entity.Close alignment with the standards needs to be ensured as well as the coverage of local legal requirements.The S4 deployment teams consist of an international, cross-functional team where colleagues from each service line are participating.Cross-functional collaboration and alignment is therefore needed to ensure the success of the project.Within this team, you are responsible to steer and implement all project-related FI-CO activities, from the discovery workshops to the requirements definition as well as testing and project/process documentation.Your main activities are:Deploying the new standard S4/HANA solution template for projects worldwide in the FI/CO process areas (FI, CO, and SD module);Coordination and support for successful implementation of S4 HANA FI/CO module;Communication with stakeholders (e.g. local and central management, external providers, etc.);Coordinate project management methods and project tracking;Implement FI/CO standard processes for the respective entity based on the S4 Deployment Service Catalogue;Alignment within the process excellence service as well as the S4 deployment projects on process deviations and resolution definition;Planning and coordination of tests, training, and migration and go-live preparation in alignment with project management;Knowhow transfer and support for the worldwide locations for accounting questions, especially with regard to SAP FI processes.Deploy Chapter Champion (DCC)Owner of discovery workshop documents and fit gap analysis - Organizing and conducting key-user trainings in your specific process expert field, either by involving the regional process expert "PEX", the process excellence purpose team expert or conducting them yourself if this is aligned with the purpose teams and this is your specific expert area;Identifying gaps between existing business processes and standardized solutions in the S/4HANA template (fit-to-standard analysis). Collecting and documenting local business requirements and support in the integration into the S/4HANA standard template; Implementation of new accounting concepts while considering new or changed legal requirements;Initializing and implementing process adjustments, standardizing and optimizing;Interface between accounting and other process departments; IT and central departments as well as the business units in the context of rollouts and projects;Offering post Go-live support and defect resolution and process adjustment/improvement during the stabilization phase and final handover to the line organization;Being the interface between user departments and the central process development team, e.g. IT, process owner and manager.Qualifications

Education:Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics or similar subjects.Knowledge and Know-how:Very good knowledge of SAP-FI and good knowledge in further modules CO, MM, SD;Process orientation and conceptual skills;Broad finance process understanding (E2E process thinking); very good knowledge of SAP-FI and good knowledge of the related modules CO, MM, SD; Several years of experience in operative accounting or in SAP rollout projects, ideally combined with knowledge of financial accounting rules at BOSCH and good understanding of integrated processes (logistics, materials management etc.);Project and process management knowledge, IT and process affinity, experience & knowledge in accounting area is needed, experience in the travel to expense area and bTravel implementation projects is helpful.Personality:High communication skills and team spirit, sense of responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking are needed. Solution-oriented and focused;Language:Fluent in English (spoken and written), any other language would be a plus;Mode of operation:Structured way of working;Personal initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness and implementation skills;Strong communication and presentation skills, straightforward, reliable;Target-oriented, well organized, willingness to take user/customer’s perspective, ability and desire to understand processes in detail;Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people, passion for easy-to-use software solutions in SAP;Willingness to travel up to 25%.Additional Information
