Our client partners with the world's most influential life science and medical device companies to research, design, develop, and commercialize new healthcare technologies and treatments to advance patient care.What You Will Do:Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Qt/QML or C# .Net/WPF, ensuring scalability, performance, and user-friendly interfaces.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, QA, and product managers, to understand requirements and deliver software solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Code Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, identify bugs, and mentor junior team members.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise in the selection of software development tools, technologies, and methodologies.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, implementation, and testing.Medical Devices Integration: Contribute to the development of software solutions in the medical devices field, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Qualifications:5+ years of experience with software development1+ years of experience providing leadership, training, guidance, and support to software engineering staffBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience mentoring and developing engineersProven experience in software development using Qt/QML or C# .Net/WPFStrong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to design and optimize database schemasStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practicesExperience in the medical devices fieldExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsKnowledge on Agile/Scrum based product developmentExperience with Software Configuration Management
