:Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomesUtilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.Requirements:Requires a minimum of 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting .Strongly prefer 2 years plus of PEDS ED RN experienceBSN from an accredited school of nursing.If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.BLS certification from the American Heart Association requiredProficient in English.
