Job DescriptionStretchLab is seeking an experienced Fitness Sales General Manager to oversee sales and operations for our beautiful studio. Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist training ensures that their clients receive a world-class stretching session.Position:

The ideal Fitness Sales General Manager will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.Responsibilities:Lead including Grass Roots Marketing and NetworkingImplement a sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classDrive Membership sales through outside sales and business development effortsDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsSupervise Sales Representatives and FlexologistsProficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.Requirements:2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership salesConfident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in salesAbility to work independently and collaborate with studio ownerAbility to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retailExcellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via emailAbility to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environmentAbility to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgmentAn affinity and passion for fitnessHighly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, punctual, reliable, and neatStrong attention to detail and accuracyTrustworthy and ability to handle confidential informationAbility to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general publicProficiency with computers and studio softwareCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary based on experience & performanceCommission paid on salesOpportunity to bonus, based on performanceUnlimited growth potential within the companyCompensation details:
