Thank you for considering our COTA Director of Rehab position. In this role you will supervise a small therapy team that treats patients at Rose Linn in West Linn, and Rose Villa in Portland.
This is a salaried position with eligibility to receive a monthly bonus.

Job Duties:
The Director of Rehab oversees the entire therapy department including part-time, full-time, and PRN staff members.
Attend regular facility multi-disciplinary management meetings.
Manage relationships with facility leadership/administration.
Interview/hire therapy staff in cooperation with Recruiting.
Create work schedules for the therapy team.
Effectively manage department revenues/expenses to ensure sustainable profitability.
Be the "face of the company" with patient family members and friends.
Carry a regular patient caseload. Minimum 50% productivity (expectations vary depending upon the size of the facility).
Understand and ensure the therapy team maintains strict compliance with government regulations and guidelines.
Train the therapy team on policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Education/Experience Required:
Prior DOR experience preferred, but not required.
Current Oregon COTA license in good standing.
Sincere love & concern for the geriatric population. They are who matter most!
Driven, teachable, detail-oriented, organized.
Minimum one year of experience treating patients in a skilled nursing facility.
Solid understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private-pay reimbursement guidelines (PDPM).
Competent & confident leading and motivating others.
