$50/hr On C2C (Max)Experience:Upto 10 years experience in program/project management, operations, software development, technology industry, and telecom.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Strong H/W and S/W development background.Strong telecom background.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under ambiguous situations and pressure.Ability to get things done with minimal or no supervision.Strong product and project management skills.Deep understanding of customer-impacting aspects of products, including marketing and operations.Deep understanding of mobile, video, and the realm of possibilities.Strong leader with a collaborative working style and ability to drive consensus in a matrix organization.Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, particularly in problem framing and visual storytelling.Results-oriented, with the ability to work with urgency for quick turnaround.EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:MS or equivalent in Technology/Engineering.PMP Certification is a plus.Responsibilities:25% - Design and develop strategies for alpha/beta product trials across the organization.25% - Implement and execute alpha/beta product trial strategies.40% - Program manage execution and operations of trials.Operational management of various trials across the organization including communication with cross-functional teams.Ensure customer-raised concerns are addressed in development.Manage communication with the executive team and stakeholders.10% - Implement best practices and processes required to successfully execute various trials.Learn and implement new processes to improve customer experience and trials.Equal Opportunity Employer
