Clearance Required: TS/SCI with PolyThe Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC (KTG) is seeking a Dataflow Sustainment Engineer - Level 1 (DSE1) to provide Cross Domain Service Solutions support to over 40 system domains at the unclassified, secret, and top secret levels.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Tasks:
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution of cross-domain solutions.
Provide problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
Provide support for the system and hardware problems and remain involved in the resolution process.
Ensure every call, email, and chat message from customers gets entered as a ticket or added to a ticket.
Run through scripted responses to known problems out of the knowledge base.
Perform analysis and troubleshooting prior to escalation.
Document all changes to systems.
Assist with filling out Data Center Approval Requests.
Start/stop NiFi Processes.
System hardware component replacement (RAM, HDD, SSD).
Close or escalate tickets.
Qualifications:
Citizenship: Due to the nature of this position and the information employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Certification: DoD 8570 Compliance IAM Level 1 is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Math or Business discipline from an accredited college or University may be substituted for four (4) years of experience.
Experience:
One (1) year of Linux and one (1) year of NiFi experience is desired.
Five (5) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required.
