React DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React and related technologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex front-end systems. This is a 100% green field development opportunity.There is no travel required for this role. Enjoy working remote on Tuesday and Friday AND every other Wednesday!RESPONSIBILITIES:Development: Build and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high standards.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for speed and scalability, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring smooth user experiences.Testing and Debugging: Implement and maintain automated tests and identify and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in React and front-end technologies, and incorporate new tools and practices to improve the development process.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and architectural decisions.REQUIRED SKILLS:React - 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Jira for project management and tracking.Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to diverse audiences.Proven ability to tackle complex design challenges and deliver elegant, user-friendly solutions.PREFERRED SKILLS:Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Must be authorized to work in the US.
