Gundersen Health System is seeking multiple IT Interns to join our team and contribute to our Windows 11 deployment project.**Internship Duration: Seeking 2 IT Interns to Start in October 2024 and work through March 2025****Application Deadline: Apply by 9/30/2024 **What Do You Need?An ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT or Business and looking to gain hands on experience within a healthcare environment.

Prior experience with computer deployment, software and application management desired

Strong ability to work independently

Strong Communication Skills

What's Available?Location:

La Crosse, WI Main Campus; there may be opportunity to travel to other regional locations based on business needs

Schedule:

Hour can be flexible between Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, Ideally we are looking for a student who can commit to working 20-25 hours/ week with ability to work more if desired.

Pay Rate:

$17.00/hour

Gundersen Health System provides a professional hands-on experience tailored to meet the interests of the interns in conjunction with the current activities of the department. Internships are available to students who have graduated from or are currently enrolled in an associate's, bachelors or master's degree program.Major Responsibilities:1. Performs job-related responsibilities as requested.2. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.Education and Learning:REQUIREDPost High School education in a specialized field:Currently in or graduated from an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's Program in a related field.Work Experience:DESIRED1 year in a related field.Age Specific Population Served:Unit/Department Specific
