Your job is to provide essential organizational support to ensure our programming is seamless and impactful. You’ll oversee facility upkeep, fitness center memberships, and quality control to ensure a five star experience for tenants.The Legacy You’ll Leave:As a result of your time in this role, you brought daily joy to hundreds of human beings who work in downtown Boston. You created such deep and meaningful relationships with the building’s management team, their tenants, and external partners that they never wanted lulafit to leave. Your legacy brought wellness and peak performance to the masses and turned their office building into somewhere they were excited to show up every day. Lastly, you supported the lulafit team to become a lasting fixture in downtown Boston.What You’re Responsible For:Operational Support:

Support with the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, including tenant communication and customer service, providing special touches like our signature fruit-infused water and snacks, folding and restocking towels and laundry, and various opening and closing procedures. Provide day-of event execution support, including setup and teardown for building-wide events.Administrative Support:

Oversee and manage administrative duties such as membership and engagement data entry, inventory tracking and ordering, and compiling and sharing tenant feedback. Support the Fitness Manager with other projects and tasks related to increasing client engagement and member experience.Tenant Satisfaction and Engagement:

Prioritize tenant satisfaction by actively engaging with tenants to understand their needs and preferences. Implement innovative strategies and programs to enhance their experience, fostering a vibrant and connected community that drives long-term loyalty and satisfaction.Fitness Center Tours and Leasing Support:

Lead tours of the fitness center spaces to interested tenants, communicating Lulafit’s offerings and private services throughout.Building Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with the building maintenance and operations teams to ensure the facility is well maintained.Who You Are: Baseline Requirements:1+ years experience in a hospitality-based or customer facing administrative role. You may have worked as a concierge in a hotel or a member services representative in a gym.

if you have a passion for fitness, wellness or commercial real estate industry.You are proficient with both the Google suite (what lulafit uses) and Microsoft Office (what our clients use).
