Job Title: Senior Manager, PMTLead the team re-imagining Amazon's Demand Side Platform (DSP) moderation platform. We're seeking a Senior Manager, PMT who can hire and develop world-class talent, obsess over the DSP customer experience, and unlock new revenue opportunities for Amazon's advertising business.

The mission of the Advertising Trust team is to guide advertisers through the trust lifecycle of policy, moderation, and ad placement across Amazon advertising. We protect the shopper experience across billions of ads worldwide.

Amazon’s DSP is one of the fastest growing segments of Amazon’s Ads business. Advertising Trust is seeking a Senior Manager, PMT with industry experience to drive Amazon's Demand Side Platform (DSP) moderation strategy. The DSP moderation team owns the entire moderation lifecycle. You and the team will be responsible for enabling DSP revenue growth through an expert understanding of the DSP business, customers, and technology. We are starting a journey to transform the moderation experience and build new experiences that leverage rapid advertising trends, such as Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Our mission is to define the right moderation capabilities to protect shopper trust while helping advertisers succeed on Amazon.

The ideal candidate will be a proven product leader, able to lead both teams and contribute hands-on with innovative product thinking. A strong understanding of advertising standards and industry-wide trends is required, but with the ability to identify the best direction for Amazon, our unique offerings, and our customers. Key Job Responsibilities

Re-define the product vision for ADSP moderation

Lead a team of Product Managers to define high-impact, customer-focused product strategy and roadmap

Launch new products and services that measurably improve the ADSP advertiser experience

Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, advertiser experience, revenue, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams

Hire and develop a high performing team of Product Managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring your team to create a world-class team

Experience building products for Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) or Supply Side Platforms (SSP)

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of team management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

6+ years of technical product or program management experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
