Overview
Intuit’s Embedded Fintech team is looking for a Senior Designer who is excited to create experiences and contribute to Intuit’s platform capabilities across their product offerings. This role requires a dynamic individual who is excited to deliver in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, with a strong ability to go deep into the details, step back and connect the dots for a more strategic perspective across a variety of deliverables.
What you'll bring
4+ years of visual design experience, interaction design, product design, or related fieldIntimate knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping and other modern design toolsDeep knowledge of user experience methods, ideation, storytelling, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principlesKnowledge of technology-driven financial services is a plusBe able to clearly communicate with leaders and project stakeholdersKnowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user researchOrganized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely mannerStrong conceptual thinking & online portfolio available for viewingHow you will lead
Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platformsGreat storyteller, able to influence an audience by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal teams, partners and customersTurn visions into concepts, and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the systemCollaborate effectively with other designers, researchers, leadership/project stakeholders, program management, marketing, and other team membersPrioritize work & multi-task well; Wear multiple hats, self-manage creative bandwidth and clearly escalate constraintsUtilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria, design guidelines, and design specsDeliver across a variety of artifacts. Visual communication, concept design, product design, prototypes, and production ready filesStay up to date with new technologies and industry trends
