Job Description
Have strong experience of Varicent, SSIS and SQL with atleast 7+ years of experienceHave experience of SaaS migration or migrate applications from On-prem to CloudRequired to work with Varicent product team, client teams, and drive the Op-Prem to SaaS upgradeRequired to Plan the upgrade and inform the status with associated risks/issues to client leadershipExperience of AWS cloud with S3 buckets is an added advantageGather, Analyze and Document business requirements. Configure Varicent solutions to align with business requirementsOptimize Varicent models, rules, and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency in compensation calculationsGood knowledge of Design, Development and migrationsGood knowledge of SQL, ability to write code and trouble shootGood working experience of different type of files (import/export), ELT, ETL, Creating pipelines, and API'sGood working knowledge on SSIS packagesAbility to troubleshoot issues and performance optimizations.Good coordination, verbal & written communication skills. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.
