At Sierra, we’re building a platform to enable every company in the world to build their own autonomous AI agents for everything from customer service to commerce. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
What You’ll Do
Build Sierra’s Products - We’re investing heavily in our agent development workbench to make agent development at Sierra the best in the world.Discover and Invent - Agent development is new to the world, so a big part of this job is to collaborate with others on discovering effective solutions to make significant improvements to the agent development life cycle.Iterate and Refine - We believe that continued investment in refining a product and its workflows has an exponential impact on its effectiveness.
