We are seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong academic background in engineering/science, strong programming skills, a high degree of drive and dedication, and the ability to learn quickly.This is an opportunity to join a focused and dedicated employee-owned company while working in a small team alongside Digital Signal Processing engineers. The position is open to software engineering professionals with experience designing, implementing, and maintaining scientific software systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
2-5 years of practical experience in software development including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Working experience with Python, C/C++, Linux, or some reasonable combination thereof.
Bonus for demonstrable experience in applying best practices in software engineering.
Bonus for Digital Signal Processing and/or X-Midas experience.
Bonus for QT5 development experience.
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
