Our ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate nature, possess excellent teamwork and people skills, be a keen observer and able to use intuition and initiative. You will also offer understanding and empathy during difficult situations, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate resilience in challenging circumstances.Here's what you’ll do:Provide care for our amazing residentsAssess, monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in resident’s conditionsAdminister medications and ordered treatments to residents and observe reactions or side effectsSupervise other members of the care team in their daily workAdvise residents and their families on various health conditionsCoordinate, guide, and assist LPNs and CNAs and ensure care is provided in accordance with care plans.Complete all necessary charting as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.Participate in the care planning process and oversee the implementation of the plan.Here’s what you’ll need:We’d love a nurse with some Assisted Living, Memory Care, and/or Long-term Care experience, but all you need is a heart for older adults and a 2-year nursing degreeCurrent CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of hireObservant and respectful of principles of confidentiality.We work with a vulnerable population, and to protect our residents, the COVID-19 vaccine, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, Drug Screen, and Background Check are conditions of employment.Important Notes for Nurses:You’re important, so we pay you well with strong base wages, shift differential, and weekend differential.Compensation and BenefitsPay Range: $36.65 - $46.43 per hour + Shift differential when applicable.We offer a generous benefits package for our full-time employees, benefits include:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer paid life insurance, employer paid disabilityPaid time off (PTO)401K with company matchFree membership to Frasier's wellness centerYMCA memberships for a low fee of $10.00/monthTuition reimbursementEmployee assistance programFlexible spendingECOPassEligibility for our benefits begins the first day of the month following the first day of employment.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER | EQUAL HOUSING OPPORTUNITY | DRUG FREE
