Senior UX Manager

Job Description:Fincons Group is seeking a Senior UX Manager to join our team in Culver City. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product specialists to design and develop a strategic sales planning system. The ideal candidate will have experience in UX design and a strong ability to create intuitive, data-rich applications.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop user experiences for enterprise applications.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.Analyze user feedback and usage data to improve platform experiences.Champion human-centered design methodologies.Required Skills:5+ years of UX design experience.Strong background in designing data-rich applications.Proficiency in user research and usability testing.Experience with Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Experience in the media industry, post-production, or marketing.Knowledge of enterprise applications and B2B platforms.Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.Hourly Rate:

$50-100/hr
