Join us!Job Responsibilities:Works across the business, operations and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision for complex solutions and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements into a technology backlog to enable the technology roadmap and functionality to support evolving capabilities and services.Contributes to the creation of the architecture roadmap of defined domains (Business, Application, Data, and Technology) in support of the product roadmap and the development of best practices including standardized templates.Clarifies the architecture, assists with system design to support implementation, and provides solution options to resolve any architectural impediments.Facilitates solution driven discussions, leads the design of complex architectures, and finds creative solutions through knowledge of domain, practical experiments, and proof of concepts while ensuring architecture is flexible, modular, and adaptable.Educates team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative solutions.Supports the team as needed to select the technology stack required for solutions and helps select preferred technology products.Performs design and code reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability).Position Summary:Experienced

User Interface Applications Architect and Developer . Proven experience with JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, modern JS frameworks, JavaScript/HTML5 and UI design. Should have experience working in Infrastructure Management (CTO) domain.Required Qualifications:7+ years of hands-on development experience in JAVA / J2EE.Integration development experience with following skills: Java/J2EE, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Object-Oriented Programming, Spring MVC Framework.Strong, hands-on JAVA/J2EE knowledge to write code, design patterns, troubleshoot code issues.Client side (User Interface) technologies experience like: Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, ExtJS, Angular, JSF, JSP.Experience in troubleshooting multiple platform and tiered environments.Ability to work with business users and business partners in gathering requirements, analyzing technical specifications and generating design documents.Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, team player and proactive in helping other teammates to achieve the team deliverables.Experience with XML/JSON, JMS, jQuery and SQL.Competency in Architecture methods, API strategy, and Lean Agile delivery and optimization.Define and support architecture principles, patterns, and implementation best practices - able to consult and guide resolution on technical issues.Desired Qualifications:Able to work on homegrown applications and extend functionality as required; comfortable building multi-page Web Applications from scratch.Knowledge of Application Server integration; JBoss 5 or later preferred.Experience connecting to and using Enterprise Databases and Middleware.Must have ability to translate requirements provided by Business Analysts and provide wire framing design.Skills:Analytical ThinkingArchitectureResult OrientationSolution DesignTechnical Strategy DevelopmentApplication DevelopmentCollaborationData ManagementDevOps PracticesRisk ManagementShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
