Lead the design and development of advanced Android and iOS applications ensuring robust and scalable solutions.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.Implement best practices in software development including code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards of quality.Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements balancing technical and business needs.Conduct regular project status meetings providing updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external partners ensuring transparency and collaboration.Manage project budgets and resources optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Contribute to the company’s strategic initiatives leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Qualifications:
