Whitehouse Drumahoe are looking for a Vet to join their fantastic team. We are very flexible in our approach to recruitment, but our ideal candidate is someone with a strong medical or surgical background/interest, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our team are actively encouraged to study towards a certificate and any special interests will be supported.Located in Derry/Londonderry, the surgery is newly refurbished, bright, spacious, and purpose-built to industry-leading standards with a digital x-ray, in-house lab, ultrasound, and up-to-date monitoring equipment.We offer a supportive and friendly working environment together with career development opportunities and the practice enjoys fundraising events for local charities.Role

Our staff are at the heart of everything that we do, and that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. This role is available on either a full time or part time basis. There will be 1 night every 2 or 3 weeks and 1 weekend every 12 or 18 weekends depending on the amount of staff available.Team
The team is currently 7 full-time Vets and 2 part-time Vets, supported by 6 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 3 Student Veterinary Nurses and 3 Receptionists - all passionate about providing the very best care for their clients and patients.Work-life balance
