About The Role
FinTech is an application and product development team, empowers finance organization at Uber Freight, designs and builds products and tools to run finance functional teams smoothly and scale to meet the growth of the business. We are looking for Sr. Oracle Application Developer, who has expertise in financial modules.
ResponsibilitiesDrive functional requirements with business leadsDevelop technical plan and execution to releaseCollaborate with team to distribute the work and run the sprintGuide business and development team on functional requirements and walkthrough proposals on fusion applicationDefining new and existing business processesParticipate in business audit enquiries and processesRun financial reports required by businessParticipate in month end closing activities and issuesResponsible to deliver end to end functionality and featuresBasic Qualifications5 years of experience in Oracle fusion financials with bachelor degreeBS/MS degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent practical experienceExperience developing Oracle cloud/ERP modulesExperience with Oracle Cloud - FusionPreferred Qualifications10+ years of experience in Oracle fusion financials with bachelor degreeAt least 5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP cloudKnowledge of data structure and algorithms and an ability to use them practically when implementing solutionsDemonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teamsKnowledge of the logistics and freight industry a plusSeveral years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgradesDemonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality for GL, AP, AR, FA, & CE modulesExperience utilizing Oracle BI Publisher and preferably on Cloud ERP which includes OTBI ReportsBasic understanding of Oracle Cloud base tables, interface tables, APIs and basic understanding of FBDI templates used by OIC to load data into Oracle Cloud ApplicationsStrong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and advanced analytical skills.Hands on technical experience with building and supporting integrations using web services and APIStrong experience with integration platforms like Oracle OIC is preferredDemonstrated experience in understanding AP Payment Processing, Formats, Bank Configurations, AR Lockbox, Workflow Approval process, System Alerts
