About the roleThe Manager – Cash Management oversees the day to day functions of the Cash Management group and provides overall support to management. The Manager - Cash Management is responsible for performing in-depth analysis of financial information, preparing analysis of cash management operations and processes, and preparing reports to assist management in making strategic and operational decisions.In this role you will:Collect, compile and analyze financial information, including trends and forecastsMaintain thorough understanding of data, information resources, and processesPrepare reports based on analysis and historical informationHelp develop policy and procedures of the departmentDevelop, monitor and maintain internal controls for the departmentMake recommendations and implement efficiencies to improve department processesAct as liaison for the department with banks, auditors, vendors and other departmentsSupervise the daily functions of the Cash Management departmentAnalyze data received from the general ledger and other financial systems in order to prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for both internal and external useSupervises and directs the activities of staff including interviewing and hiring, scheduling, performance appraisal and performance managementQualifications

What makes you a dream candidate?Advanced knowledge of corporate bankingAdvanced knowledge of credit and debit processing in finance or banking environmentAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExposure to consumer lending, commercial lending, leasing, or corporate bankingIntermediate knowledge of investment strategy, both long and short-termIntermediate SQL Query experienceKnowledge of financial analysis and cash managementWorking knowledge of project management to implement processes and proceduresAbility to manage people and lead them to achieve company goalsAbility to work with all levels of management through daily interface and formal presentationAdvanced query skillsDisplay commitment to continuous improvement of businessExperience:Bachelor’s Degree Finance and/or Accounting required5-7 years in Cash Management or related field required5-7 years supervisory experience preferredWhat We Offer:
