The Oracle Security and Controls practice within North American Applications Consulting is responsible for implementing Oracle ERP & HCM Cloud security and Oracle controls products to our customers. Our growing customer base and product portfolio offer exciting opportunities for broad and rapid skill development. We are looking for consultants and leaders who have in-depth Oracle HCM cloud security knowledge.Brief Description of the RoleWork as a team leader to successfully implement ERP security and preferably Advanced Control. The ideal candidate would mentor and train new analysts, work in ERP security and controls implementations, identify product gaps, and work with product development to address them, come up with innovative solutions to handle customer requirements, and ensure successful completion of the product.Detailed DescriptionCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Requirements Document, design document, test scripts, etc.Have the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create a best practice library and repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable.Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet complex customer needs.Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions.Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues.As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations.Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise.Resolves very complex customer escalations.Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions.Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands, and knowledge of competitive product offerings.Preferred BackgroundAt least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in ERP security implementation and good underlying knowledge of one or two Oracle ERP modules. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and Benefit InformationCanada: Hiring Range from $116,300 to $254,000 CAD per annum.US: Hiring Range: from $120,100 to $251,600 per annum.
