Duties:Provide advice & support to the Residents and their familiesMonitor Residents and administer medication and treatmentsDocument Resident care services by charting in Resident & dept. recordsProtect Residents & staff by adhering to infection-control policies & protocolsResolve Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategiesAssure quality of care by adhering to Facility philosophies & standards of careMaintain Resident confidence by keeping information confidential
Requirements:Work well in a team environmentCurrent State Registered Nurse RN LicenseLong-Term Care experience preferredSolid computer skills; working knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsBe friendly and a strong team worker
