Job Description
Responsibilities:
Be a self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative.Focus on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates.Ability to work in a high-paced environment.Manage risk; be a good decision maker.Understand the big picture; relate to the firm's strategy and actions and how they support business results.Demonstrate ownership: be accountable and influence/can hold others accountable.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate and influence upward as well as laterally; be organized and detail-oriented.Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.Gather/facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.Support resource planning for delivery/execution.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or related field/technical training.Strong analytical skills.Minimum of 5 years' experience required in a technical role supporting network projects/programs.Industry certifications in PMP, ITIL are strongly preferred.Experience with project management/program management is a must.Strong background in IT service delivery role.
