Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Develop Scalable Backend Systems:Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Node.js and related technologies.Optimize system performance and ensure reliability, efficiency, and security.Collaborate and Lead:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product managers, and designers, to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.Database Management:Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and scalability.Optimize database queries and performance.Integration and APIs:Integrate with third-party APIs and services to enhance functionality and improve user experience.Design and implement RESTful APIs and other communication protocols.Code Quality and Maintenance:Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality across the team.Troubleshooting and Debugging:Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs, ensuring a smooth user experience.Research and Stay Updated:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in backend development to propose innovative solutions and improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.Extensive experience in backend development, with a focus on Node.js.Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Proficient in modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and message queues.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
