Outpatient Pediatric Rheumatology Clinic Nurse -
The Nurse will offer support to children and adolescents diagnosed with a range of autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions, such as juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile dermatomyositis, and vasculitis. The nurse will offer education focused on disease management and will function as a nurse case manager, advocating for necessary resources and supporting quality care. You will work collaboratively with a medical team from other pediatric specialties such as immunology, genetics, nephrology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, gastrointestinal medicine, dermatology, cardiology, pulmonology, pain medicine, and psychology.
