S4 Hana Project Manager ONSITE

Main Role & ResponsibilitiesSAP Project Manager Resource will assist in various SAP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for SAP Transformation projectsResponsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the projectDevelop and execute end-to-end project management activities.Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.Preferred Skill set RequirementsExperience in multiple integration projects15 years of experience in IT project implementation with at least 10 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.10+ years with SAP Project Management, Microsoft Project4+ years of experience with SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects with RISE model.4+ years of experience with SAP BTP platform and integrations with S/4 Hana.Experience in identifying dependencies and developing integrated program plan.5 years of experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & large-scale SAP project implementation.Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation.Experience managing ECC to S/4 HANA migration projectsPossess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.Excellent communication skills.
